New year, new start

Yeah, I know I’m more than a tad late with the whole new year thing, but better late than never right? (I’ll probably have that saying engraved on my headstone.)

In a number of ways, this year will be a significant one for changes in my life. I’m not going to bore anyone with details, but in the spirit of fresh starts, I’ve been contemplating archiving this blog and starting again. But then again, there’s a fair amount of history wrapped up in it, so I still haven’t decided on that one yet. Not that any of what’s written here is vastly important, but it still spans a fair amount of time.

So instead I’m in the process of reviving an old blog and possibly starting a new one. I haven’t given up on Thought Pixels, but my ‘flow’ has been stifled and I need a change of scenery while I decide what to do with it.

I’m also keeping a close eye on Habari. I may even make the switch here once it’s stable enough.

Today’s the day

My itinerary for this evening is as follows:

Doors (not the band, sadly) > 5.00pm

    Thine Eyes Blind > 6.00pm

    Children of Bodom > 6.40pm

    Lamb of God > 7.35pm

    In Flames > 8.30pm

    Slayer > 9.50pm

If I’m not back and screaming excitement by Saturday evening, please send out a search party. I may have gotten lost amongst the sheer awe of the Slayer set.
