Google have today launched their calendar application. I actually quite like the look of it, it’s a simple interface, has an xml feed and seems to have all the functions that I need. And it shares my gmail login, which for those with an extremely bad memory, like me, that’s a good thing.

My hunt for a cross platform newsreader has been ongoing, but I think I may have finally found a solution. BlogBridge is a cross platform newsreader (for Windows, Mac and Linux) that can also synchronise between installs. Seems to suit my needs for now, so my problems are finally over. Oh, and it’s free too.
