My hunt for a cross platform newsreader has been ongoing, but I think I may have finally found a solution. BlogBridge is a cross platform newsreader (for Windows, Mac and Linux) that can also synchronise between installs. Seems to suit my needs for now, so my problems are finally over. Oh, and it’s free too.

Have you tried NewsGator? I use their online version (easy for me to use since I use 2-3 different computers), but I have heard many good things about their software version too.
I’ll have to try out BlogBridge – it sounds interesting!
